Amber started her career in NYC where she founded, profitably ran and successfully exited an integrated agency. She then served on the executive teams of top global digital agencies (WPP and Omnicom) and Fortune 500’s delivering award-winning customer experiences for brands, such as Bottega Veneta, EA, Jordan Brand, L’Oréal, Neutrogena, Nike, Nintendo, Patagonia, Starbucks, among others. Amber has also led marketing, sales and operations for several organizations, owned P&Ls of $50+ million and built and managed multi-disciplinary teams of over 200 people.
Amber then worked with private equity and public companies to define and execute turnaround and growth strategies. She provided business transformation and interim c-suite leadership services for scale-ups and Fortune 1000s during transition periods.
She is now the Co-Founder and CEO of Muus Collective, a female-founded studio building fashion-centric, community-driven experiences spanning mobile games, entertainment, and NFT collectibles.
Amber is a frequent industry speaker and author on topics at the intersection of digital fashion, gaming and the Metaverse.
