Amber started her career in NYC where she founded, profitably ran and successfully exited an integrated agency. She then served on the executive teams of top global digital agencies (WPP and Omnicom) and Fortune 500’s delivering award-winning customer experiences for brands, such as Bottega Veneta, EA, Jordan Brand, L’Oréal, Neutrogena, Nike, Nintendo, Patagonia, Starbucks, among others. Amber has also led marketing, sales and operations for several organizations, owned P&Ls of $50+ million and built and managed multi-disciplinary teams of over 200 people.

For the past five years, Amber’s been working with private equity and public companies to define and execute turnaround and growth strategies. Through her management consulting firm, Design2Scale, Amber provides business transformation and interim c-suite leadership services for scale-ups and Fortune 1000s. Her expertise crosses the innovation spectrum — value proposition design, business modeling, global strategic planning, new venture design, change management and more. Amber often serves as an interim leader (CEO, COO or CMO) for scaling businesses and struggling corporations, providing a leadership bridge during periods of transition.

Amber is a frequent industry speaker on topics related to operations, creative leadership, customer experience, design thinking and innovation. Her talks range from keynotes to workshops, and she regularly presents to CEOs, Chairmen and Boards, and at venues including SXSW V2V and Salesforce Dreamforce.
